From the age of 14, I have practicing transcendental Yoga and Meditation. I have also studied Shotokan and Goju-Ryu Karate, participating in numerous regional and national tournements (Black-Belt level). In 1988 I started practicing Tai Ji Quan, Yang Style. In 1991 I met for the first time with Master MENG Fu Yuan, a student of renowned Master FU Zong Wen. In 1994 I founded the Traditional Tai Ji Quan club at Bordeaux (France). At the same time, I continued studying under Master MENG Fu Yuan (www.ateliereveil.fr) for 10 years: -- Long Forme (108) with pronounced spiral mouvement -- Wu Ji Jing Gong (approach of emptiness through silence) -- Six Healing Sounds -- Xiang Gong (Qi Gong of perfumes) In 1997, I traveled with Master MENG Fu Yuan to China, where I was accepted by the renowned Buddhist priest HAI KONG.
